In the Admin Dashboard (from the menu on the top-right of the application, choose Settings), you can customize your Officevibe account to fit your company's needs.
Select General on the left of your screen:
1. Basic Information
You can upload an Organization logo:
At any time, you can edit your organization's name, the industry type in which you're located.
2. Preferred Languages
For Languages, there are two dropdowns:
- Application Language - The language in which the account/dashboard will be displayed and which will be used for invites, notifications, reminders to participate, etc. English and French are available.
- Survey Language - The language in which surveys will be sent out. English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and German are available for all employees.
Note: An employee is able to go to their Personal Settings and update their languages at any time. They can choose to receive their survey in another language (same languages available as above) and can also change their application/email language.
For anyone set up as an Employee-member, Spanish, Portuguese, and German are also available for the Application language.
3. Survey Frequency
You can choose the survey frequency for your organization as well as the Time Zone your Organization situates itself.
4. Conversation Labels
Finally, you can decide on your conversation labels. These labels will appear in the Feedback Report.
